Baremetal Labs is a product of Nixon Labs LLC (“Nixon Labs,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These terms govern text messages sent from telephone numbers operated by Nixon Labs LLC in connection with AgentPhone.

Program description

AgentPhone provides AI assistants that answer telephone calls and text messages on business telephone numbers. When you call or send a text message to one of these numbers, an assistant may reply by SMS to answer your question, confirm a request, provide information you asked for, or follow up on a conversation you started.

How you consent to receive messages

We send text messages only to telephone numbers that have first contacted one of our numbers, either by telephone call or by text message. Your act of contacting the number constitutes your consent to receive a reply by text message.

We do not send unsolicited or promotional text messages. We do not obtain telephone numbers from third parties, purchased lists, lead generators, or any source other than your own direct contact with us.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends entirely on your own interaction with the assistant. Messages are sent in reply to messages you send.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Nixon Labs LLC does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive.

How to stop receiving messages

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from that number. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent to you from that number. Reply START at any time to resume.

Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our handling of your information, including your mobile telephone number, is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
