This policy describes how Nixon Labs LLC (“Nixon Labs,” “we,” “us,” “our”), which operates Baremetal Labs and the AgentPhone service, collects, uses, and protects information — including information you provide when you call or text a telephone number we operate.

Information we collect

• Telephone number. When you call or text a number we operate, we receive your telephone number.
• Message and call content. The content of text messages you send and of telephone conversations you have with an assistant, including transcripts.
• Interaction metadata. Timestamps, call duration, message delivery status, and similar technical records.

How we use this information

• To respond to your messages and calls and to provide the service you contacted us for.
• To maintain a record of the conversation so an assistant can respond in context.
• To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
• To comply with legal obligations and to enforce our terms.

Mobile information and text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as telecommunications providers and customer service platforms, is permitted solely to deliver the service. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers

We use third-party infrastructure providers to deliver the service, including telecommunications carriers and messaging providers that transmit calls and messages, cloud hosting providers that store data, and AI model providers that generate assistant responses. These providers process information only as needed to perform their function for us.

Retention

We retain message and call records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations, after which they are deleted or de-identified.

Your choices

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. To request access to or deletion of information we hold about you, contact us at hi@baremetallabs.ai.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
